Abstract

Abstract The author seeks to clarify the need for political reform in South Africa, to analyse the meaning of the term ‘reform’, and to evaluate the nature and direction of the political reform process upon which South Africa is embarked. This article is structured on an analysis of cultural and political pluralism.
