Reform of Physical Health Education under the Background of "Integration of Physical and Medicine"

Abstract

In the National Strategic Action Plan of Healthy integration of Physical and medicine has risen from the state to the strategic position of solving the current health problems in China and implementing healthy China. By using the method of literature research, this paper studies the evaluation concept of physical education in China, the guiding significance of integration of physical education and medicine to the reform of physical education and the problems existing in school physical education. The study puts forward that the important strategies for the reform of sports health education are to establish the concept of integration of physical education and medicine, to improve the quality of health education of physical education teachers and to establish a sound system of health education of physical education.
