Abstract

The traditional medical physiology curriculum is difficult to meet the training requirements for biotechnology specialty. Aiming at the goal of professional training, we carried out the reform for the curriculum of physiological techniques, including changing the physiology curriculum system, carrying out patch-clamp recording, multiple-channel recording, behavioral experiments and self-directed experiments and using PBL and microclass teaching methods. Through these processes, the aim is to enable students to master the basic theoretical knowledge of physiology and keep up with the frontier research technology.
