Abstract
近年来,我国灾害频发,各种自然灾害和人为灾害严重危害人民群众的生命和财产安全.灾害医学的发展对于灾害救援具有重大意义.与其他类型的创伤相比,烧伤专业的特色更加鲜明.由于烧伤中心的日常救治能力有限,应对灾害救援中成批烧伤患者的紧急救治往往需要多方支援.许多发达国家已经就灾害医学的救援建立起烧伤患者救治体系和救援人员培训体系,在突发灾害性事件烧伤患者的救援中发挥了重要作用.本文主要介绍国外灾害救援中有关烧伤患者救治的培训模式及应用效果、烧伤专业救援小组的建立及运作方式,对我国灾害救援中烧伤患者的救治提供参考。
