Abstract

"The present article emphasizes how relevant Spanish pronunciation is to the entire language-learning process. Though a phonetic language, Spanish may be challenging for learners, if pronunciation is not appropriately addressed. Furthermore, in order to expand their Spanish pronunciation knowledge, learners are reminded that the International Phonetic Alphabet can always enable them with more tools to gain a better understanding of the grapheme-phoneme correspondence."
