Abstract

Among the principal items of news from the Conservation Center at New York University is that, beginning in September, 1965, Dr. Edward V. Sayre, Senior Chemist at Brookhaven National Laboratory, will become Adjunct Professor on the staff of the Center on a part-time basis. By arrangement with Brookhaven, he will be at the Center one fifth of his time, and Brookhaven has approved on his devoting all of his time there to research on matters related to art and archaeology and their conservation.
