Abstract

ABSTRACTThe evolvement of a long career of an electronic resources management (ERM) librarian at the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) is described in this column. The need to streamline and organize ERM was necessary, since there was a small staff to manage ERM at UMUC, which is a large nontraditional, online university. The librarian used various tools over time, to manage effective innovation and change for ERM with her colleagues at UMUC and the University System of Maryland and Affiliated Institutions (USMAI).
