Abstract

Throughout this Millennium year CLSR is inviting leading practitioners to comment on some aspect of IT law or policy that is of interest to them. In the fourth such contribution Michael Scott offers some personal reflections on life as a lawyer trying to help clients survive on the E-commerce ‘rollercoaster’.
