Abstract
• Small size bone flaps are viable and effective in hand bone defects' reconstruction. • Medial femoral condyle (MFC) bone flap is relatively easy and fast to harvest; the donor site has relativelo low orbidity. • Medial femoral condyle (MFC) bone flap may be used as flow-through flat for digital revascularization.
