Abstract
We present the phase diagram of the random bond Ising model with ferromagnetic couplings J with concentration 1 - p and impurity couplings aJ (| a|<1) with concentration p. For antiferromagnetic couplings, -1< a<0, the system quite generally exhibits reentrant behavior, i.e. two transitions at finite temperatures, for certain concentrations p. It is further argued that this behavior is common for spin glass systems characterized by competing interactions.
