Abstract

Reemitted spin-polarized slow-positron spectroscopy is proposed for studying magnetic thin films and magnetic multilayers. We evaluated theoretically the depolarized positron fractions vs the incident positron energy in the thin film Cu(50 nm)/Fe(substrate), the multilayer Cu(50 nm)/Fe(100 nm)/Cu(substrate), and the multilayer Cu(10 nm)/Fe(100 nm)/Cu(substrate).
