Abstract
The pairing gap is calculated selfconsistently as a function of the rotational frequency for some lowlying configurations in 163–166Er. Reductions of the pairing gap of the order of 10–30% are found in one-and two-quasiparticle configurations as compared to the ground band of the even-even isotopes.
