Abstract

An In-HZSM 5 honeycomb catalyst is used for the experimental investigations of the NO reduction with methane. The catalyst is prepared by the ion-exchange method. The influence of temperature and concentration of oxygen and methane is studied. In addition to methane, natural gas is used as reductant for the reduction of nitric oxide. The results are compared with those of other authors who use zeolithe pellets.
