Abstract
The sum of all planar QCD graphs at arbitrary dimensionality d is exactly reduced to the model of d random unitary matrices from U(∞). This model is of the same kind as that of Eguchi and Kawai; but differs by extra terms in the action which are necessary for asymptotic freedom.
