Abstract
The increasing number of people with diabetes has an impact on the global burden of diabetes mellitus (DM) becoming a major public health priority, placing unsustainable demands on individuals, their guardians, economies, health systems and society. The increase in the number of DM is influenced by the increase in the prevalence of obesity and unhealthy behaviors including poor diet and physical activity. In reducing the morbidity rate, there needs to be an effort to control blood glucose levels, one of which is ergonomic exercise based on spiritual care.
