Abstract
Introduction: Recent studies have shown that pulmonary artery (PA) distensibility on pre-TAVR ECG-gated CTA scans can detect PH due to left heart disease. In this longitudinal study we sought to evaluate whether PA distensibility measured on pre-procedural CTA is associated with 2-year mortality after TAVR.
