Abstract

In this paper, we redesign a learning space based on game maps. Compared with the current learning space, the redesigning learning space has made the following improvements : expressing knowledge information in the form of curriculum clusters including data structure, algorithm design and program design; extending the learning contents through the association knowledge information and teaching cases; learning curriculum knowledge and culturing innovation abilities with the help of industry teaching cases. All of these implementations base on the design of game maps which containing three kind of data structures (list, tree, graph). The teaching cases in different industries are decomposed into map nodes (case implementation process) and map paths (learning paths) and expressed by appropriate algorithm. Eventually, with the support of data structures and algorithm gained write programs to solve problems in teaching cases. Appropriate incentive policies have also been introduced into the learning space to improve students' learning enthusiasm. In the process of solving practical problems by means of learning space, innovation abilities have been improved gradually.
