Abstract
Mesenteric cyst is a rare, intra-abdominal lesion that is often overlooked. Its clinical symptoms might be variable, depending on the size of the cyst and the age of the patient. Radiological examination tools, from plain x-ray to CT scan and MRI, are essential to establish its diagnosis and to plan further treatment.
