Abstract
Background: Immature teratomas are rare ovarian malignancies. (1-2) Standard of care for immature teratomas is surgical resection followed by observation based on a retrospective chart review by Cushing, et. al that demonstrated a 4-year event-free and overall survival rate of 97.7%. (1-3). Although rare, recurrence does occur. We present three cases of recurrent immature teratoma.
