Abstract

Summary A case of extensive jejunal diverticulosis with chronic, low grade obstructive symptoms is presented. With the third surgical procedure in an eight-month period, resection of the involved portion of jejunum seemed more advisable than relief of the apparent obstruction alone. The symptoms were almost completely relieved following this more definitive surgery.
