Abstract
症例は50歳台男性．屋外作業後から強い心窩部痛が出現した．高Ca血症，胃粘膜のびらん，潰瘍，異所性石灰沈着が認められた．Ca値の補正により自覚症状，組織学的所見は速やかに改善した．活性型ビタミンDの恒常的過剰と紫外線曝露が高Ca血症の原因と判明し，さらに近親者の活性型ビタミンDも高値であることから遺伝的背景が窺われた．急性胃粘膜病変の原因として特発性高Ca血症，異所性石灰化に留意する必要がある．
