Abstract

Hypoglycemia can be due to a variety of possible causes. Utilizing a detailed medical history, the differential diagnoses for a patient’s hypoglycemia may be narrowed down. A patient’s symptoms may be multifactorial, indicating the involvement of multiple risk factors. Understanding and diagnosing the underlying causes is essential in the appropriate management and treatment of hypoglycemia.
