Abstract

We report a patient with recurrent massive cryptogenic hemoptysis associated with multiple bronchial artery-pulmonary artery dysplasias and cystic lung disease. We propose that the cystic lung disease and the vascular communications between the bronchial arteries and the pulmonary arteries resulted from a developmental abnormality of acinar formation
