Abstract

AbstractA 42‐year‐old man with longstanding athetotic‐type cerebral palsy and history of cervical spine fusion surgery was affected by multiple episodes of vertebral artery dissections, resulting in bilateral cerebellar infarction. Continuous involuntary movements noted in the upper limbs and neck, as well as a limited cervical range of motion due to the operation might have precipitated the dissecting events.
