In this case report, a patient with a recurrence of cardiomyopathy due to recurrent pheochromocytoma is presented. A 38-year old female patient presented with decompensated heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy as a complication of pheochromocytoma. The patient, who had a history of hypertension, was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy six years ago with a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 20% and normal coronary arteries on cardiac catheterization.
