To ensure the normal distribution of the data, skewness and kurtosis values were examined with the Shapiro-Wilk test. Descriptive information about the participants was presented as percentages and frequencies. In the solution and interpretation of the data, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, T-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were utilized, and for determining the difference between groups, Tukey Test from Post Hoc Tests was applied with a significance level of p < 0.05. Excel and SPSS 25 software packages were used for data analysis. As a result of this study, it was found that there was no statistically significant difference in democratic leadership, autocratic leadership, and sub-dimensions of recreational leadership scores according to the gender variable.
