Abstract

This chapter presents a list of states submitting written statement/oral statement in Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ) and International Court of Justice (ICJ). Some of the states include Albania, Brazil, Austria and France. Some of the written statements include Monastery of Saint-Naoum (Albanian Frontier) and questions concerning the acquisition of Polish nationality. Some of the oral statements include minority schools in Albania, and customs regime between Germany and Austria. The book The World Court Reference Guide and Case-Law Digest: Judgments, Advisory Opinions and Orders of the International Court of Justice (2001-2010) and Case-Law Digest (1992-2010) includes case-law digest from 1992 to 2010 and identifies analytical patterns on various procedural judicial and non-judicial matter for the first time. It describes the evolution of the history of each of the case and advisory opinions that has been dealt by the ICJ since 2001.
