Abstract

A case of circumferential reconstruction of the external auditory canal following basal cell carcinoma is described using a laterocervical tubed flap. One-stage reconstruction with a single flap, absence of donor-site deformity, and easy dissection are the main advantages of the procedure, which also can be conveniently used to reconstruct part of the concha and the tragal region.
