Abstract

How general the ATS (automatic test system) is influences the application range and the maintenance cost of test systems directly. However, it is the reuse of software that will make the ATS more general. Herein this paper adopts a method of developing software based on software bus; a reconfigurable model of automatic test system is researched and designed. And the interchangeable instrument technology is combined in this paper to realize the reconfiguration of the test functions and the architecture of ATS. Thus the extent of reusing test software will be toned up, which will also enhance the general-purpose of ATS.
