Abstract

This article explores the meeting points between the notion of reconciliation and an ecclesiology that exercises a ministry of reconciliation. The theological attitude of contrition and its moral implications is applied to the discussion. A link is then made between the fruits of reconciliation with Aborigines and the new evangelisation of Australia in the discovery of our soul.
