Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the legal aspects of automation and digital transformation of military accounting of conscripts.
 Based on the analysis of legal acts and prospects for the development of information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, recommendations have been developed to improve the regulatory and legal support of business processes of automation and digital transformation of military accounting of conscripts.
 A methodological approach to improve regulations on automation and digital transformation of business processes of military registration of conscripts has been developed, which provides for three stages.
 At the first stage - it is proposed to amend the Laws of Ukraine, at the second stage - it is proposed to amend the acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and at the third stage - it is proposed to amend the orders of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine subject to state registration.
 The implementation of these recommendations will provide an opportunity to create a legal framework for the automation and digital transformation of military registration of conscripts.
