BOSTON — “My number‐one requested topic [for speaking engagements] is, ‘life would be easy if it weren't for other people,’” said Connie Podesta, motivational speaker and author, at the national conference for the National Association for College Admission Counseling. Podesta discussed some of the top complaints and realities of working in industries where you must work with other people, whether co‐workers, faculty, other administrative staff, students, or parents.
