Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify factors and variables of organizational entrepreneurship and explain the relation between these variables in form of a model. This applied research was performed by descriptive-correlational method using casual-relational method. The statistical population of this study included 456 individuals of agricultural Jihad experts of Kermanshah province and the sample size was determined 210 individuals based on Morgan table. The sampling method was stratified random. The research tool was a questionnaire which reliability for different parts of questionnaire was calculated higher than 0.7. Data analysis was performed using software SPSS20 and LISREL8.5. The results showed that quadruplet factors (individual, relational-informational, participatory-organizational and financial-managerial) have positive, direct and significant effects on entrepreneurial spirit of experts and emergence of entrepreneurship in the organization. In addition, developing entrepreneurship program in organizations and prospects of overcoming obstacles to the professional development of planners have direct and indirect impacts on the outcomes of organizational entrepreneurship.
