Abstract
The article presents a description of an inherited disease, recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa, in a patient aged 19. The treatment with antibacterial, antiseptic, antianemic and wound-healing drugs, non-adhesive surgical dressings and lowintensive laser light substantially improved the patient’s condition.

В младенческом возрасте при выполнении активных движений появлялись пузыри на видимо неизмененной коже нижних конечностей, в связи с чем на основании клинической картины заболевания был установлен диагноз «буллезный эпидермолиз». При лечении в хирургическом стационаре пациенту проводилась наружная терапия биопластическим материалом гиаматрикс с хорошим эффектом: была отмечена быстрая эпителизация эрозий, однако этот эффект был кратковременным.
