Abstract
Receptor of activated C-kinase 1 (RACK1) shows different expression in various tumors, because its seven WD repeating sequences can combine with a variety of molecules. In addition to activating protein kinases C, RACK1 still plays a role in many tumor-related signaling pathways. With the deepening of research, RACK1 is expected to play an active role in cancer diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Key words: Neoplasms; Receptor of activated C-kinase 1
