Abstract
The talk will highlight recent developments in the development of Safety Critical Systems. We discuss the ESACS approach of model-based safety analysis. ESACS is funded by the European Commmission under the 5th framework and combines leading European Avionics Industry. The talk will also survey key research topics addressed in Integrated Project Proposals, focussing on system-level desing and vertical design chain integration.
