Abstract

Atmospheric neutrinos have played important roles in discovery and study of neutrino oscillations with the advantage of wide coverage of energies and flight lengths. Recent discovery of substantially large θ13 gives a new opportunity for studying atmospheric neutrinos in the context of 3-flavour oscillations in matter. From this point of view, recent analyses of Super-Kamiokande as well as other atmospheric neutrino experiments are discussed.
