Abstract
The aim of this paper is to outline overview of amendments present in the Italian legal environment regarding appeal in public tender controversies. The content analysis will be conducted based on the Court of Justice of the European Union rulings, then referring to Italian administrative case law and finally focused on the Italian new legislative regulation concerning public tenders.
