Abstract

The paper reviews legislative developments in Intellectual Property Law in Uganda over the past ten years including the passage of legislation on copyright, patents, trademarks, designs, geographical indications, trade secrets based on the TRIPS Agreement as well as nascent efforts to formulate institutional Intellectual Property policies.
