Abstract

Fe-based magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) have attracted much attention due to its unique properties like high surface reactivity and selectivity, easy separation by external magnet and recyclability. Here, in this review, recent advances on Fe-based MNPs promoted multicomponent reactions (MCRs), oxidation/reduction reactions and carbon–carbon/carbon–heteroatom bond formation reactions have been discussed.
