Abstract
As a part of multimodal analgesic regimen, transverse abdominal plane (TAP) block is widely accepted for pain management after cesarean delivery. In the current study, we reviewed the relevant researches of TAP block in analgesia after cesarean delivery. TAP block has a definite analgesic effect following cesarean delivery. It is necessary to explore its best way to facilitate rapid recovery. Key words: Cesarean delivery; Multimodal analgesia; Transverse abdominal plane block
