Abstract

This new edition appears nine years after the second. In that time there have been many advances in all fields of medicine, and the author has attempted to summarize the most significant ones in otolaryngology. The book is well written, with clear, concise summarization of important contributions to the literature. It makes no pretense to be a textbook or to cover all of the available literature.
