Abstract
This is an abstract addressable of the rejuvenation road map of The Kolhapur Steels Ltd (TKSL) – a steel foundry which emerged into sustainability. The local solutions generically employed have been made global by attempting a model to integrate various benefits arrived therein. In this review paper the process is broken down into four stages, modeled, and some humor added.
