Abstract

The research delves into the issue of the reasons behind a child's entitlement to the expenses of their relatives, including its conditions and impediments, within the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hanbali School, along with its judicial applications. The primary objective is to elucidate these reasons, conditions, and impediments in both Saudi regulations and the Hanbali School through a descriptive study that highlights jurisprudence. The research concludes that, while there is agreement between the doctrine and the regulations on several issues, the Saudi regulator has not consistently adhered to the doctrine of the Hanbali. As a recommendation, the research emphasizes the necessity for the Personal Status System to provide a comprehensive explanation of jurisprudence and its connection to the legal system.
