There is no crime or punishment except by a text.” In addition, the criminal characteristic is removed from it, and this act is justified, which is called the reasons for justification. Thus, the reasons for justification are material circumstances that occur to the criminal act at the time of its commission, removing the criminal character from it, and making it a “permissible” lawful act.
