Abstract
目的 分析白内障手术致角膜后弹力层脱离的原因,提出预防及处理方法.方法对498例(512眼)白内障施行小切口非乳化白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术,术中30例(30眼)各种原因造成角膜后弹力层脱离的对症处理.结果分析白内障手术中由于切口的方式、宽度、位置及手术器械的机械性损伤等原因,造成角膜后弹力层不同程度的脱离.结论术中及早发现和及时处理角膜后弹力层脱离,对预防术后的并发症及视力的恢复均起到重要作用。
