Abstract
To investigate the reason and nursing countermeasure about abdominal distension after cesarean section.The 200 cases with cesarean section in our hospital from January in 2009 to January in 2010 were analyzed retrospectively,and the reason and nursing countermeasure about abdominal distension were summerized.There were 30 case with abdominal distension after cesarean section in 200 cases with cesarean section,and the incidence rate was 15％.There improper diet before operation,swallowing gases,abdominal muscles asthenia,lying in bed and insufficiency bowel preparation were the main reasons causing the abdominal distension after cesarean ection.The systematic nursing intervention is effective to reduce the incidence rate of abdominal distension after cesarean section sccording to the development reason of disease.
