Abstract
Dendritic cells(DCs), as the most powerful antigen presenting cells, are the initiator of the adaptive immune response.They play an essential role in the development of many diseases.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs), which have the ability in self repair, inflammation inhibition and immune regulation, have become the hotspot of researches.Studies have shown that MSCs can affect the maturation and function of DCs, so as to achieve the purpose of moderating diseases.Research on the regulatory function of MSCs on DCs is expected to achieve new progress in the treatment of diseases.
