Abstract
Abstract It is shown that anomalies of physical properties in a ferroelectric phase of some ferroelectrics which are not accompanied by the crystal group symmetry change may be explained as a result of thermo-dynamic path passing through supercritical region of isostructural phase transitions in the phase diagram on the basis of phenomenological model of crystal.
