Abstract
Serial port communication is a relatively simple form of communication. This thesis introduced how to use Visual Studio 2010 C # programming and finally allows PC to receive information from the serial port. And this can be achieved serial port communication between the computer and the MCU. The serial port data transmission and data reading and writing are carried out through the C # serial port API. The serial port data read is analyzed, and finally the data and analysis result are displayed with visual graph window. This article describes how to read the immunofluorescence data through the C # serial port from MCU and display and draw data curve in real-time. In addition, the design of the reset, scan, save, clear, print and other interfaces, can be perfectly compatible with human-computer interaction.
